United States Victory Angel Necklace

Handcrafted from an antique bronze art medal by James Earle Fraser in 1919, this talisman necklace features the Victory Angel of WWI and was awarded to any member of the U.S. military who had served in the armed forces between the following dates in the following locations:

•   6 April 1917 to 11 November 1918 for any military service.
•   12 November 1918 to 5 August 1919 for service in European Russia.
•   23 November 1918 to 1 April 1920 for service with the American Expeditionary Force Siberia.

Angels are also a symbol of joy and protection.

The bronze talisman is just over 1” round and hangs from 14k gold-filled medium hammered cable chain with a lobster clasp closure. The entire necklace measures 18” long with a 1” extender chain for those who like necklaces up to 19" inches long.
