Charms Sold Separately

While my charms come with a complimentary 18" or 24" stainless steel baby ball chain, every piece is sold separately so that you can create your own life story or choose special pieces that show your love and gratitude to someone special in your life.

If you purchase a charm holder and would like me to place the charms on it for you, please email me and let me know right after you make your purchase.


Don't See What You're Looking For?

Maybe you've seen my work at a art show and a piece you saw is not on the web site; or you would like a charm and would like a pair of earrings or cuff links made with that charm; or perhaps you want to know if something listed on the web site can be made in bronze instead of fine silver or vice versa. Whatever your question, feel free to email or call me at 281-794-1180 and ask me; most requests can be done depending on the request and time-frame given.


Ordering Process

NOTE: All orders for Christmas must be placed on the website by December 10, 2020.

As all jewelry is handcrafted to order by me, there can sometimes be a delay during the production process. Should any delays arise with your order, I will contact you immediately. Please note that rings and  custom orders may take additional time to be processed.

Once your order is entered, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once an order has been fulfilled, I will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Payments are accepted via PayPal using any major credit card. Payment is due at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address associated with their purchase order or PayPal account is correct at checkout.


Return Policy

It is very important that you are happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund of your purchase price minus shipping. BEFORE RETURNING your item, you need to first e-mail me at returns@thesilveracorn.com within seven days of receiving your item. Please include your name, the item, and the reason for the return. I will email you back a return authorization code (RAC).

The item must be returned unused and unworn with their original packaging, with the return authorization code written on the outside of the package to:

The return is valid as long as the post mark is within seven days of your email. Once I receive the item, I will issue a refund via the original method of purchase. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.

I do not accept COD deliveries. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. The Silver Acorn is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

PLEASE NOTE: If your item in damaged in shipping, you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the item. An email with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging must be sent to linda.wagner@thesilveracorn.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Custom orders and rings are NOT returnable.

Your order will be shipped to the address entered, so please make sure you have your address is correct.

Domestic:

Items are shipped via USPS First Class (3-5 business days), USPS Priority (1-3 business days), or Priority Express Mail (1-2 business day) within the United States.

Please remember, The Silver Acorn is located in Washington state and therefore shipping to the central and east coast states takes a bit longer.

The Silver Acorn is not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged shipments.

International*:

Most orders shipping outside of the United States take approximately 10-12 business days to arrive, transit times will vary and are out of our control. 

There may be additional import charges such as taxes, duties, etc. The Silver Acorn will not be held responsible for any incurred charges, nor will The Silver Acorn be responsible for delayed, lost or damaged shipments.

Packaging:

Each piece of jewelry from The Silver Acorn comes packaged in a tasteful gift box with a meaning card ready for gift-giving. All items will ship in the smallest amount of packaging possible.
