Conquer Your Dragons - St. George and the Dragon Necklace

Handcrafted from an antique intaglio from the 1700-1800's, this wax seal charm features St. George and the Dragon.  George was a brave Christian, a real soldier of Christ who is shown killing a dragon to rescue a beautiful lady. The dragon stands for wickedness. The lady stands for God's holy truth. St. George was a brave martyr who was victorious over the devil.

This is a reminder that we all have some "dragon" we have to conquer – whether it be pride, or anger, or laziness, or greediness – and with help we can be victorious against these "dragons".

This bronze talisman is around 1 1/2”x 1” oval and hangs from a 14k gold-filled short-long cable chain with a lobster clasp closure. The entire necklace measures 18.5” long.

Each piece of jewelry from The Silver Acorn comes packaged in a tasteful gift box with a meaning card ready for gift-giving.

Handcrafted in my studio in Spokane, Washington, each symbolic wax seal item from The Silver Acorn is hand-stamped in reclaimed fine silver or bronze and will be slightly different and uniquely yours.
