"Fortune Favors The Brave" Necklace

Handcrafted from an antique wax seal on from an envelope from late 1800s England, this talisman features the seal of the Duke of Wellington Regiment consisting of lions on each side of the shield under a crown with a Latin banner along the bottom that reads “Virtutis fortuna comes” which translates to “Fortune favors the brave”.

The lions symbolize dauntless courage while the crown symbolizes success.
